Computer Surplus Procedure
The University requires that the surplus and/or decommissioning of computer
systems follow a documented path. In an effort to comply with the
University's rules and regulations, we've developed an on-line "Computer
Surplus Form" available on this page.
If you wish to surplus a computer
system, please complete the on-line form, print and sign the form and then send
it to us "BioComputing M313A WLS" by campus mail. We'll contact you
and arrange for the system to be picked up. All useable parts will be used
by BioComputing in support of our clients.

Software Licensing Agreement
The University requires all software be licensed in accordance with
University Fiscal Policy

For software installations, please complete the on-line "Software
Installation Agreement" below and send it to us "BioComputing M313A WLS" by
campus mail.

and let us know what you need. For advice, additional information, or
emergencies, give us a call at (4-2763) or stop by our office (M313B WLS). All tasks will be assigned and prioritized by the
